This journal has been created to invite you to connect deeper with yourself, with your inner world and your outer world. It’s been birthed from two and a half years of holding seasonal women’s circles and having the feeling that we can go deeper into the different themes that the different seasons gift us.
Processing in circle starts you off and then in your own time, in your own space, you can sit down and answer the questions in this journal, starting to cultivate more time for yourself in your daily life as we traverse the seasons.
Whether you have been a part of one of the She Flows Women’s Circles or not, it doesn’t matter, this journal also works without being part of a circle. It is here for you to express freely, without judging yourself. I have created it from my heart to yours and I hope so much that it brings you what you need.
